The operational strategy includes enabling the weaker section to become self reliant through the training orientation, education and technology support, initially Organization developed a team of people.

Training cum Demonstration Center

A separated training center is being maintained at the head office, Bhopal and Hatta/Panna. Weekly experience sharing workshops are held between staff members on various projects related issues to develop that project strategies and implementation systems. More so many training programs are held for communities. Related partners from other NGO’s government officials on Research, Training, livelihood, health, engineering services, water, sanitation and capacity building.

Proper minutes are being maintained on the workshops and training Programme. A feedback system also exists in the institution. Proper records are kept for various Programs developed by the institution.

The Organization strongly feels and makes investments in human capital.

Our Approach

Bundelkhand is a geographical and cultural region, divided between the states of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. Jhansi is the largest city of Bundelkhand and Sagar is the second-largest city. the area of Bundelkhand is  59000 sq km, spread over 7 districts of Uttar Pradesh namely Chitrakoot, Banda, Jhansi, Jalaun, Hamirpur, Mahoba, and Lalitpur, and 6 districts Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh, Damoh, Sagar, Datia and Panna of Madhya Pradesh.
