Organization Structure

The Organization is having a full time board. The board meets regularly to plan monitor and review Programme under various projects. The Organization also detailed bylaws, indicating accountabilities and responsibility levels. The various functionaries within the project are delegated necessary powers to execute the Programme Necessary purchase systems have been developed within the Organization, assigning clear authority at various levels. This helps to maintain better transparency within the Organization.

Post Graduate in Commerce, Having Experience in Social Field about 15 Years. He is The Director of Sarvodaya Hr.Sec.School,Deori Sagar (M.P.) He has specialization in Training & Research Sector. He has also coordinate various project of Govt. Department and Water Conservation.

Mr.Prashant Pathak

MBA(HR), M.A. Sociology, P.G. Diploma in Performing Art and M.A. in Hindi, Having experience in Social Sector about 17 Years. He has worked for a long time with National Literacy Resource Centre as an artist & Director for its shows & NATAKs in Damoh,Raisen and Rajgarh. He has also Direct & Coordinate so many workshops with Nehru yuva kalian on subject of communal harmony and Youth Awareness. Also directed so many serials and Songs on subject of Literacy, Water Management, Environment, Population, Education etc. with State Resource Centre. He has also organized Nukad Natak & Street Play on the subject of Quality of Drinking Water & Sanitation with UNISEF & P.H.E. He has Co-ordinate so many Training and Resarch on Various subject some of them are Education, Health, Water and Soil Management Agriculture and Panchayat and Rural Management.

M.A. in Hindi & B.Ed. having experience in social Sector about 38 Years. She has working as a principal of Saraswati High School, Hatta and HOD of 25 Rural Saraswati School. She has coordinate several cultural programmes, games and other activities.She has done several activities for women empowerment she has formatted several women SHCs. She gave training to poor girls for Knitting & Sewing.

He has experience in social field about 5 Years. He has coordinate a lots of project with various social subject like AIDS, Sanitation, and SHGs. Also having a Great Leadership ability.

Master Degree in Chemistry. Having experience in social sector about 6 years. She has worked for long time on the subject of Mahila Utthan. Also research on rural livelihood and try uplift them. She is also having teaching experience from last 10 years.
